We had an absolute dream vacation at Puri Sebali. We love the property and we loved our room, but the wonderful staff were what made it an absolute dream! They were the best we have ever experienced! In the dining area, Rosi always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted – – and more. Eri was superb as well as the other supportive staff. Our room was always left, clean and neat, with fruit and water left for us every day. In the evenings, the turndown service left a bedtime story and cookies on our bed. We can’t wait to come back! You will not be disappointed.

Wow, I don’t even know where to begin—everything was absolutely perfect! The staff went above and beyond; they were not only friendly but also incredibly attentive and accommodating. The service was outstanding, and the food was simply amazing. The atmosphere was very comfortable and welcoming, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. I also really appreciated the convenient shuttle service to and from downtown Ubud. Truly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Very impressed overall with the property and especially the staff. Everywhere you go you will always be greeted by someone with a smile . The villas are absolutely gorgeous and we would highly recommend staying at one if you can . This has been our first time traveling to Bali and it will not be our last. This Villa is quiet but close to shop, restaurant etc. Staff were friendly and very helpful and i will be back to stay here again. The private pool was the best on hot days floating around and relaxing
